Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Postage costs will not be refunded. 


We can ONLY accept items and process refunds of products purchased directly through - any purchases made with our airline partners can ONLY be handled by those airline partners. 
We do not sell our products through high-street stores, eBay or any other retailers therefore we are unable to assist with ANY issues if you have not purchased one of our products through ourselves directly or from one of our airline partners. 
Return postage costs, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Tech Bundles:
  • If you change your mind about your tech bundle within 14 days of receipt, we will happily take it back providing you return all the items from the tech bundle.
  • Returned items must be unused and sealed in their original packaging (used, damaged or items without their original packaging may be rejected or a pro rata refund may be applied to that item based he reduced price of that individual item within the bundle and NOT the RRP
  • We do not accept returns of single items from a tech bundle, the whole bundle MUST be returned. - this will be reviewed on a case by case basis, but reserve the right to pro rata the refund based on the reduced price of that individual item within the bundle and NOT the RRP. - this only applies if you have changed your mind within 14 days of receipt.
  • If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace it, but we will require that item be returned to us first before we can replace it.
  • All return postage costs are to be borne by you.
  • In the case of a faulty item return, we will refund this postage cost to you within 14 working days of us receiving that item and it being faulty (excluding weekends, bank holidays and office closures for cultural holidays i.e. Christmas (as communicated on our website here)).
  • Any refunds will ONLY be given to the original purchaser/card holder.
  • Replacement items will ONLY be sent to the address listed on the original order. 
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, regardless of where you purchased the item.   

Returns & Refunds (purchased through a high street retailer, airline etc)
For any Bitmore products that have been purchased through a high street retailer, airline, duty free store or other seller (any retailer that is not, returns and refunds can only be processed through the retailer you originally purchased the item from. Please check with that retailer for their returns and refund processes and policies. cannot offer refunds for products not purchased directly through our website. 
Please do not return items to if they were purchased from another retailer. 
Items purchased through a 3rd party seller (Amazon/eBay etc) can only be handled by that seller. Please click HERE for further details.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our or manufacturing error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that this only applies to items purchased through our website. - we do not offer refunds or returns of ANY items that were not purchased from us directly, these can ONLY be handled by the retailer where you made the purchase originally.
Refunds will be processed internally within 48 working hours upon our confirmation to you that we will issue a refund (excl Bank Holidays) and will be credited back to your original payment method. We use PayPal as the payment processor on our website, in some instances PayPal can take anywhere between 10 - 30 days to process refunds. Please do be advised that your refund may take up to 30 working days (sometimes longer) to show on your account/statement depending on your billing cycle.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/clearance items cannot be refunded under any circumstances (unless faulty within 30 days of receipt).
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective due to manufacturing errors or defects. Any items that have been damaged (whether accidental or through user misuse and not following the product guidelines) will not be exchanged. 
When purchased through another retailer (high street, airline):.

If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at 
Any items that have signs of liquid or malicious damage will be rejected and disposed of. You will be notified if this happens. No refunds for the item or its postage will be granted in this instance. 
For any items that are exchanged, repaired or replaced - these items will only be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage within 3 working days of us receiving or agreeing to offer a replacement (excluding weekends, public or bank holidays). No postal tracking facility is available. For items shipping outside of the UK, these may take an unspecified amount of time to reach you, and is entirely dependant on your local postal service and customs authorities (import duties and taxes are to be born by the receiver). Items will only be shipped the following UK working days (if replacements are agreed before 12pm GMT); Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return. 
To return your product, please send a return request first to so we can issue you with a tracking number for your reference.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 
ONLY If the item is deemed to be defective through manufacturer error, then shipping costs will be refunded (proof of postage and cost is required).  
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75 or shipping from outside the UK, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
We offer a 12 month guarantee on all of our non-sale products that are purchased through our website or our approved retailers (third party sellers such as; eBay, Amazon are excluded). The guarantee starts from the date of purchase.
To validate the guarantee you MUST register you product through within 30 days of purchase. Activation's after 30 days of purchase will be considered on a case by case basis. 
The guarantee is our "promise to make good" problems that arise with your product as a result of a manufacturing default. 
Wear and tear, malicious/accidental damage (including liquid), sale items and items purchased through third party sellers are all excluded from this guarantee. 
Making a claim: 
Should you wish to make a claim on your guarantee kindly contact, you MUST have your proof of purchase to use the guarantee. 
NOTE: Guarantees are only valid on items purchased directly from us or through our authorised airline partners. As we do not permit the sale of our items anywhere else, we cannot be held responsible for their handling, storage and integrity. 
We will offer either a repair or replacement of your product, the decision of which is on a case by case basis. 
Please note we may ask you to submit picture and/or video evidence of defects. You may also be required to send the item to our office for further inspection before any repair or replacement is offered. 
If you are offered a replacement, the guarantee for your replacement is bound to the 12 month guarantee period from the original purchase date. For example, if you make a claim 8 months after the original purchase date and you are offered a replacement, your replacement item will only have a 4 month guarantee as this will be the remaining months left on the guarantee.
