Amazon, eBay, High Street etc..
Amazon
Bitmore recently started selling some select items on our Amazon Launchpad store; this is only our BCorp & Carbon Neutral products that are the same as those on our website. There may be some resellers on Amazon selling some of our older or discontinued items that have come via stock liquidators, but we are not associated with these sellers, any products from these sellers are not covered by our warranty/guarantee and you should contact Amazon or the seller directly.
If you have purchased ANY of our products through Amazon, you must go via Amazon for any questions, faults, returns, replacements, warranty/guarantees, refunds etc as per the terms of sale and service with Amazon.
eBay
Bitmore does not sell or permit its products to be sold or purchased on eBay. If you have purchased ANY of our products through eBay, the Bitmore warranty/guarantee is immediately void you must contact the seller on eBay for any questions, faults, returns, replacements, warranty/guarantees, refunds etc.
High Street Retailers
Bitmore does not sell any of its product to High Street retailers (with the exception WHSmith's TechExpress stores in the UK) or petrol/service stations. If you have purchased ANY of our products through any of the above types of retailers, the Bitmore warranty/guarantee is immediately void you must contact the seller for any questions, faults, returns, replacements, warranty/guarantees, refunds etc as we have no association with these retailers.
The above does not include products purchased through Boots or WHSmiths TechExpress stores.
Other third party sellers
Bitmore does not sell any of its products to any other third party sellers. If you have purchased ANY of our products through other third party sellers the Bitmore warranty/guarantee is immediately void you must contact the third party seller for any questions, faults, returns, replacements, warranty/guarantees, refunds etc.
Airport, Duty Free & Border Stores and Airlines
Bitmore products are primarily found exclusively in these retail channels all over the world. For product guarantee claims, please contact Bitmore directly on justask@bitmore.co.uk you will need your proof of purchase (receipt) to validate the purchase. Any refund claims can only be dealt with via the place of purchase.
Why we have these rules
We have these rules in order to protect our travel retail partners, B2B customers and consumers (you). We manufacture, store and sell our products from a safe, secure and controlled environment, thus we are able to ensure they are free from tampering, damage or any other influence that may impact product quality and/or safety. Therefore we do not sell our products via any of the above mentioned methods/channels, thus cannot guaranteeing their integrity, functionality or safety.
We do from time to time liquidate some stock to discount distributors (however, where they are then sold may fall under one of the above mentioned channels). Please do note that the stock that we do this with does not have a warranty/guarantee. Any issues in relation, but not limited to functionality, damage, refunds etc can ONLY be handled by the retailer you purchased the item from.
Liability
Bitmore accepts no liability for any issues, damage, financial loss as a result of a product purchased through any of the above mentioned channels.
