EU & International Orders
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT SELL B2C WITHIN THE EU.
We can sell products to most other parts of the world, with the exception of Australia & New Zealand.
We CAN issue product replacements within the EU if you have a valid product guarantee e.g. you have bought a product from us directly, or one of our approved partners (within Duty Free with airlines & airports - we do not sell our products anywhere else), and you have a valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice). Replacements are reliant on stock levels at the time of a valid claim.
Additionally, not all items can be shipped internationally, due to various changes in customs and shipping rules, goods containing Lithium batteries (power banks) cannot always be shipped internationally. You will be emailed prior to us fulfilling your order should you be affected. This generally applies to products containing lithium batteries outside of the mainland UK or mainland EU.

If you place an order that contains a lithium battery, your order may be rejected. We will contact you in this instance, where by we can advise of additional shipping costs/import duties through special courier services (UPS).
