Christmas 2023

When we will be closed:

Bitmore will be closed for Christmas and New Year between Friday 22nd December 2022 and Tuesday 2nd January 2023. During this time, our phone lines, emails and online store will be closed. Our website will continue to accept orders, but none will be processed or despatched. Emails, phone and social media communications will not be responded to during this time. 

Christmas & New Year Delivery Cut Off:

Our final cut off for despatching online orders, returns labels or replacements is Wednesday 20th December 2022 at 11:00 UTC. 

We are unable to guarantee that any orders, returns labels or replacements despatched from Friday 15th December 2023 will reach their destination before Tuesday 2nd January 2024, so please order your stocking fillers and gifts early to avoid disappointment!

When will operations resume?

We will begin to resume processing online orders, returns processes, emails, phone calls and product testing from Tuesday 2nd January 2024, but there will be delays as we work through these on a first come first serve basis; we anticipate a normal operation from Monday 8th January 2024.
