Due to the new lockdown measures introduced by the U.K. Govt, you may experience delays longer than usual for deliveries. All deliveries are subject to our courier services (Royal Mail and/or UPS) delivery services and times, please check with your local depots for local enquiries. We accept no responsibility for delivery delays due to our couriers or force majeure events. Please allow up to <b>10-12 working days<b> for deliveries during Covid19. As a valued customer, we know your time is precious. Therefore, to make your shopping experience with us quick, simple and hassle free, you are not required to complete a customer sign up form to make a purchase. Our aim is to minimise the amount loops our customers need to go through to purchase something from us.
Once you have placed an item into your shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout as a 'Guest', and after you have made your purchase you have the option to complete the customer account form, so next time you come to our store, you can login as a customer rather than a guest and all your details will be there, making your shopping experience with us quick and simple.
Please Note: Orders placed for mainland UK deliveries - items will be shipped on Monday's and Friday's (excl Bank Holidays). With the 'FREE SHIPPING' option your item will be sent by 2nd Class with Royal Mail (no tracking facility is available).
Royal Mail quotes 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday) for deliveries, but a maximum of 10 working days. Please bare this in mind if you urgently require your item as we are unable to issue a replacement for missing items until 2 working days after Royal Mail's maximum delivery time (10 working days).
Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will not be processed until the next working day.
Special Delivery / Expedited Delivery:
These will be shipped on the same working day ONLY if they are placed before 12:00 GMT.
All Saturday Delivery orders MUST be placed before 11:00 GMT on Fridays.

Some countries and territories require the payment of import duties and taxes. Bitmore and Nuwave Channel Partners Ltd do not cover these duties and therefore the receiver is responsible for the payment of these. - please check with your local customs if this applies to your country.
All deliveries are subject to rules, regulations, days, requirements and any other parameters imposed by our couriers; Royal Mail and UPS.
We package and ship our products in such a way to ensure their protection and integrity, however, on some occasions you may experience some packaging indentations or other negligible issues with the packaging from the delivery network couriers (Royal Mail or UPS). Unfortunately these are beyond our control and products with such packaging are not grounds for replacement if the product itself is functional and undamaged and the issue is only with the packaging and its presentation.
